It's A Girl!

We just got back from Amy & Brian's house, where the ultrasound results were revealed. The next little Trudeau baby is a GIRL! Yes, another female Merritt Grand. Most of us are thrilled - every baby, no matter what type, is a blessing - but Jameson is a little upset. He really wanted a "boy cousint". No, that's not a typo - "cousint" is how he pronounces it... Hadley was walking around saying, "I'm the big sister!" It was PRECIOUS. Of course, I think that everything Hadley does is precious. I think I might have her bronzed.

Needless to say, it was awesome seeing everyone and finding out this wonderful news all together. The previous pictures illustrate what a great time the cousins had together today - all three (and soon to be four) Merritt Grands were in their glory, and Aleena, Hadley's cousin was there as well. As you can see, Jameson is becoming an amateur musician - he's addicted to playing electric air guitar. When I told him it was time to leave to go home, Jameson looked me right in the eye and said, "No Mom! I've got to rock!" Now who could say no to that?
